WPT World Championship
The World Poker Tour's season-ending flagship is set to return to Wynn Las Vegas in December 2026. The 2026 schedule has not yet been published; the most recent edition ran December 2 – 22, 2025 at Wynn with the $10,400 NLH Main Event guaranteeing $40 million. Treat the entries below as the confirmed 2025 baseline until WPT releases the 2026 schedule.

How to register

On-site hours: Wynn Poker Room operates 24/7; tournament cage hours expand for the festival — check wynnpoker.com closer to the event.
Late reg: WPT Main Events historically allow late reg through the end of Day 1 (4–6 levels, varies per flight). Confirm in the official 2026 structure when released.
ID: Government-issued photo ID required at the cashier. International players: bring your passport.
Payment: Buy-ins are accepted at the Wynn poker cage in USD cash, by casino marker, or by wire transfer arranged in advance. Cards are not accepted for tournament buy-ins.
Getting there & where to stay
Airport, transit, hotels.
Airport: Harry Reid International (LAS) — about 4 miles south. Taxi or rideshare to Wynn typically 12–20 minutes.
Transit: Wynn Las Vegas is at 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd on the North Strip. The Las Vegas Monorail stops at the Westgate station, a 10-minute walk away.

From lobby to your seat
The walk-in walkthrough.
- 01Enter Wynn from the Strip or self-park entrance and follow signage to the Wynn Poker Room (lobby level).
- 02Buy in at the tournament cage in USD cash, by casino marker, or pre-arranged wire — bring your passport/ID.
- 03Collect your seat card and take your chips to the assigned table in the festival area.
- 04Be seated before late-registration closes; you can still register from the chip rack, but the floor will not deal you in mid-hand.

- ♣Wynn poker room dress code is smart-casual; no swimwear or visible undergarments.
- ♣December in Vegas is cool at night (mid-40s°F / 7°C) — pack a layer for the walk between properties.
- ♣Cash-out tickets above the IRS reporting threshold require a Form W-2G or W-8BEN (foreign players); bring tax docs.
