How we actually rate.

Every score on this site is a weighted composite. The weights are public, the data is sampled live, and every room is re-audited at least once a quarter.

The six pillars
Weight · 25%
Net bonus value

We read the operator's published bonus terms — match %, cap, qualifying rake, expiry — and model what a typical player at the stake would actually clear before expiry. Marketing headlines are not the input; the T&C page is.

Weight · 20%
Effective rakeback

All ongoing rewards — flat %, leaderboards, missions, chests, cashback tiers — read from the operator's official rewards page and converted to a per-stake estimate. Where rewards are dynamic (e.g. CoinRewards leaderboards, WPN Elite Benefits tiers) we say so rather than quote a single flat number.

Weight · 15%
Payout speed

Operator-stated processing windows on the room's cashier page, cross-checked against publicly reported player experiences. Estimates only — we don't claim a private withdrawal database.

Weight · 15%
Traffic density

Qualitative read of concurrent cash seats and tournament fields at the stakes the room actually spreads, sourced from the operator's lobby and public traffic trackers (e.g. PokerScout) when available.

Weight · 15%
Field softness

Qualitative read based on the room's player pool composition (recreational vs. regulars), table caps, anonymity features and stake mix as described by the operator and reported by the community.

Weight · 10%
Trust & operations

Years in market, licensing jurisdiction, security posture, and how the room handles incidents and disputes when they happen — all sourced from the operator and public regulator records.

Sourcing & cadence

Every score on Rakeback52 is built from primary sources: the operator's own bonus and rewards pages, official cashier and KYC documentation, the operator's lobby, and public regulator filings. Where third-party data is used (e.g. PokerScout traffic snapshots), it is cited on the room's review page.

Each room page shows a Last verified date. We re-check every room at least quarterly, and whenever an operator publicly changes its bonus, rakeback or payout terms.
